Lacey began her career by earning her tracking dog title on her 6 month birthday. Making her the youngest AKC titled great Dane. Lacey finished her CH at 20 months owner handled taking a BOB from the classes over top 20 specials. She earned her Canadian championship at 5 years old in 1 weekend of 3 shows going BOB from the classes. Lacey is the first CH-TDX Great Dane in the history of our breed. She has gone high in trial 3 times. She has a BIS veteran at 8 1/2, and won the veteran class at the 1998 national in Texas. Lacey is the dam of 7 American champions, 3 Canadian champions and 4 international champions. She is also the dam of the 1997 national specialty BOB winner Am Can Int Ch Diamonds Canadian Style CD CGC. She is living proof that Danes can do it all!! Lacey also has earned Best In Show veteran twice at 8 1/2 years old.
Lacey is a ROM top producer in that she herself produced 7 champions and 2 of those champions went on themselves to become ROM producers! I am so proud of our Lacey.
Dec 16, 2000 has been one of the saddest days of having Danes. We helped Lacey over the Rainbow Bridge. She was 11 1/2 years old. She was the love of my life since the day she was born. Always a lady and always had perfect manners. She was always there through thick and thin. I love you Lacey. Sleep softly my Baby.
