Puppy Application Form

We breed to better the breed with health and temperaments. Show homes take preference over family homes and get fist picks after a deposit is received.

Steps

1. Copy the below application into an email
2. Fill out every question completely
3. Submit the form to Danemarkdanes@swbell.net
4. We will contact you for next steps if you are eligible for a puppy.

We do not take any phone calls until after the form is completed and feel that you would be a match for one of our puppies.

5. Put down a deposit to reserve a puppy, but only after you have been approved.
6. we will discuss further steps over the phone.

    • We expect any dog to be returned to us before you place any dog purchased from us no matter what the reason. Do you have an issue with this?

Contract
